How Convenient Is A Marriage?

                                

As chronicled on the Lake County Government Watch Blog and in articles posted on the Lake County Manifest a couple of weeks ago great concerned was raised in the community concerning the “marriage of convenience” that Don Anderson entered into with Jennifer McGee, in a marriage that took place in South Lake Tahoe a month after taking his position as DA . The Blog and Manifest further particularized that not only are these two not engaged in an actual marriage except on paper, but that Ms. McGee is living in Santa Rosa and has a relationship with an individual named Alex Nichilini. It has also been intimated that Donny has “other” liaisons ongoing in Lake County. Further information on these current affinity's is subsumed below in this investigative report. The Manifest also exposed a property purchase Ms. McGee consummated where in she reported that she was an “unmarried women” with no connection to Lake County DA Donald Anderson.

The following agencies were issued communiques concerning this theft of public money. State of California Insurance Commissioner, State of California department of Managed Health care, and Anthem Blue Cross directly. The result of these contacts was finalized two days ago and discourse with each of these agencies took place. Anthem Blue Cross was the last conversation after discussions with the other agencies. The fraud division of ABC took our call and had some very interesting input for us regarding this situation which mimicked the input of the other agencies.

In a strange twist of fate a recent law enforcement action which made the local news concerning 4 young men and Cannabis occurred. One of the young men was named Bo Sheffer whose mother is Juliana Sheffer a 39 year old women residing in Middletown. A citizen has posted the following on the Lake County Government Blog at 1045 am today the 3rd of May.

A woman was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital following a solo vehicle collision on southbound Highway 29 near St. Helena, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at about 1:15 p.m. after a red 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee hit a cliff on the right side of the road and went down the embankment, officers said. The driver, Juliana Sheffer, 39, of Middletown, suffered moderate injuries, officers said. Sheffer was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, CHP Officer Ryan O’Day said. The roadway was closed in both directions for about 20 minutes, he said.

Juliana Sheffer, Mother of Bo Sheffer, whom allegedly sold Marijuana to a minor along with three other adults. The four men have filed suit against the County of Lake and Sheriff Rivero for civil rights violations. 
Juliana Sheffer, current girlfriend of District Attorney Don Anderson. She was also the girlfriend at the time of the arrests of her son Bo, while Don was and currently married to Jennifer McGee.
Richard Knox, Attorney for the four men in the lawsuit, attended Empire Law School in 1988. Don Anderson graduated from Empire Law School in 1989. At a small 3 year law school they were classmates for at least 2 years.
Julie,Would you like to tell us who your attorney was for your DUI?Would you like to tell us who your attorney was for your divorce?Would you like to tell us who recommended Richard Knox for your son's attorney?Would you like to tell us about the ride home your son got from the District Attorney?How about the telephone call you made to Don Anderson on his cell phone?You said your mother gave Bo the ride home, will she testify to that?

All three agencies including ABC indicated there was no question that fraud was being committed by Donny and Jennifer. However, the reality is each organization surmised that the current laws within the state of California do not significantly define “marriage” to a degree that would allow for prosecution of either or both of the individuals. All agencies implied that this should be placed before the governing body of the county, namely the BOS, county counsel, and Human Resources and that action should be taken to question and correct the actions of District Attorney Anderson. All agencies further insinuated that it is very disturbing to know that it is the DA who is committing this type of fraud. Therefore further exasperating the moral and ethical integrity of the DA role in the county. In lieu of this recommendation we will be presenting this overview to our local government officials, and you the citizens will know they have been informed and you will know when and if they take action to correct this grievous situation. They then can be held accountable for any lack of action being taken in regards to the use of our public funds.

FURTHER ACTIONS BEING TAKEN:

On May 2^nd 2012 notifications were sent to the US Department of Education Fraud Investigation, Office of Inspector General hot line. Jennifer McGee has been attending the Empire School of Law in Santa Rosa. It is interesting to note that many known individuals in our county have attended this same Law School, many of them during the same time frame. Some of those individuals are Doug Rhodes , Donny Anderson, Richard Knox, Julie Major(former wife of Tibor Major) and Tibor Major himself to name a few. Jennifer McGee's son from a different relationship whose name is Mason Royat is attending as a freshman San Jose Jr. College. The request for investigation to the Inspector General encompasses a request to look at both Jennifer and Masons financial aid package if one exists, and if the information provided by Jennifer includes the marriage to Donny Anderson or if this was left off so that Donny's salary would not be included in the income verification necessary to qualify for financial aid. This could result in very serious charges for both Donny and Jennifer.
